Artist Bio

I draw inspiration from many sources ranging from Blind Boy Fuller, to Dickey Betts, Jeff Beck & Eric Johnson Mozart to Paul Desmond, John Coltrane, Ella Fitzgerald, Pat Martino and so on, melding with years of personal experiences, to form an eclectic, melodic, and often funky, rock sound.

Specific Qualities Include: *Reading Ability, Vocals, Harmonica, Altered Tunings & Slide Guitar. *Tasty Tone and Dynamics. *Creative musical use of The Chromatic Universe at will.

In addition to solo shows, I appear with my bands "No Comment", "Cartwheel Black" & "The Believers" giving high energy performances that are a combination of original songs (some of which are written with brothers Tommy & Tony) & cover material from artists such as Aerosmith, Elvis Costello, Van Morrison, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, James Brown & many more—much of the same music I play when performing solo. Influences range from pure rock, funky groove laden blues rock, inspirational, to fresh, jazzy & even country flavored. My songs cover a lot of territory & offer plenty of variety...Love to groove.

My specialty is fine dining and a relaxed Beach atmosphere. Playing through a compact quality Bose amplification system requires very little space & helps produce a crisp, clear sound thats heard throughout a venue, even at low volume, allowing people to chat while enjoying the music. Fees:
*From $100/hour, depending on event. 2 Hour Minimum. *For Solo Shows I play two 50 minute sets, a 40 and a 10 minute to close out the performance. During breaks I can provide recorded music to compliment and enhance the atmosphere of the room. *I Provide Contemporary Music for Weddings. *Available for Live and Studio Sessions
